Hello there! I am taking this post to share with you why I love photographing families in Spokane and the surrounding areas. I know how stressful family photos have been and can be, from my past experiences with just my family (there are 8 of us), to our large extended family groups. My goal, is to make it less stressful for everyone involved and help you achieve a treasured memory that turns into timeless art for your home or a cherished heirloom like an album. Your memories, regardless of whatever phase of life you are in, deserve to be telling your families story not just on your phone or computer screen, but on the walls and throughout your home. Having a large family myself, I understand all to well the chaos that happens in daily life. Add on top of it, now having to “perform” for family photos! That is asking for some trouble, in my opinion! Kids will be kids and teenagers will be teenagers. My goal with each session is to help everyone relax enough that they forget there is a camera there. Capturing the connection and playfulness your family has will come naturally. Senior boys and girls end up loving the extra special time just to focus on them and what makes them so unique. I am not afraid to act silly in the name of a good laugh! Believe me when I tell you, “I’ve seen it all over the years!” My relaxed personality makes things easy going and my professionalism gives me the ability to pivot and shift on a seconds notice.
